What Is A Business Model Canvas?
A business model consists of nine separate sections that are combined to evaluate the overall value proposition. We leverage this strategy to assess our (digital) strategy. It is used at all stages ( Plan + Start, Manage + Grow, Transition + Exit) of a business.
