Every business should start with a business plan. The Business Model Canvas is a lean version of the business plan that can be easily updated.  

What Is A Business Model Canvas?

A business model consists of nine separate sections that are combined to evaluate the overall value proposition. We leverage this strategy to assess our (digital) strategy. It is used at all stages ( Plan + Start, Manage + Grow, Transition + Exit) of a business.

The 9 Sections are:

3. Key Resources
4. Value Propositions
5. Customer Relationships
6. Channels/Funnels
7. Customer Segments
8. Cost Structures
9. Revenue Streams
