Depending upon the role we make sure that each candidate is hands-on polyglot (java, .NET, Python, PHP, NodeJS, react, android, postgres, Oracle, AWS, azure, etc.). We verify prior experience being full-stack leaders and solution/enterprise architects that have led and delivered multi-million dollar products.

How it works?

1. Talk to Us. Let's arrange a free consultation to understand your needs. We do an intake session.  

2. Purchase. Purchase the recruiting package (Executive Headhunting or Technical Recruitment).

3. Engagement. We prescreen each candidate. We send candidates (minimum 5). We work with your hiring manager to refine the selection criteria that matches your talent profile. Each engagement lasts for 45 Days.  

Our Engagement Process

We start with an intake meeting to understand your needs and challenges. Together we leverage this information to assess and determine the talent profile (Must Haves, Personality, Experience, etc.). This can last 15-30 min. Then, we drive results by jumping right in. 

Our team then prescreens candidates and shares these with the primary contact on your end. Each role/position is fully engaged for 45 Days with a minimum of 5 candidates for the position being shared.

Restrictions / Terms

The recruitment engagement is 45 Days. If the Job Description or Talent Criteria change we will adjust the engagement. Positions/Roles that are cancelled are not refundable.
